Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be a happy customer! So we highly recommend that you talk to us about any questions you have regarding the best fit for your child, before you purchase. If however you aren’t completely convinced with the fit of your purchased swimwear, then we are more than happy to provide you an exchange so that you can get the right size. Here’s an overview of how things work if you’re not happy with your purchase:

 

Change Of Mind

As we are a small, boutique, start-up business, we unfortunately do not have the luxury of offering our customers a “change of mind” refund or exchange. Please make sure you Select your items carefully and thoughtfully before purchasing.

 

Damaged Items

All of our products are hand checked before posting, but if for some reason you receive a product that is either faulty or damaged, we do offer a refund or exchange. We appreciate your honesty regarding this policy.

 

The Wrong Fit

While we strongly recommend that you chat to us about the right size before purchasing, we understand that sometimes it still won’t be the right fit. We are happy to work with you on this and provide an exchange to get the right size. However, as we are a small business, we cannot guarantee that we will have another size available if you need to swap, so please make your purchases carefully and refer to our size guide.

Returns & Exchange Procedure

If you would like to arrange a return or exchange based on our guidelines above, please first contact us via email or direct message, and we will confirm this with you.

All garments must be returned unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging and with all tags, labels/sanitary sticker intact. Due to hygiene restrictions, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on garments that have had the hygiene sticker removed. Please leave this intact until you are 100% sure about your purchase.

Swimsuits must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for exchanges as well as any taxes and/or duties imposed by your country’s government. To ensure the package reaches us, we recommend using a trackable service.

Upon receipt of your return, the garment will be inspected and we will contact you with the outcome of any refunds or exchanges where applicable.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process with your financial institution, so please allow ample time before contacting us at hello@seagloryswim.com in regards to any refund amount. 

Sale items are non-returnable or refundable.
