Shipping & Handling

We use Sendle and Australia Post to ship all of our products to you and we are happy to say that this process is completely carbon neutral. Our products are thoughtfully hand packaged by Courtney prior to pickup. Regular posting is sent with Sendle, and express post with Australia Post.


Covid Update: Our shipping times may be extended due to delays caused by the coronavirus pandemic. We apologise for the inconvenience, and we are doing all we can from our end to get your orders out as quickly as we can.


Christmas Deliveries:

We are offering FREE express post within Australia up until 22nd December 2020. Our regular delivery courier, Sendle, does not currently offer express delivery services. So for the Christmas rush, we are using Australia Post, which is also carbon neutral. In general, once we have posted to you, same-city deliveries usually arrive the next day and deliveries to nearby cities within 2-3 days. However, due to Covid, the guaranteed speed of this service has currently slowed down. This is still the quickest option to post our products to you though, so we appreciate your understanding. 



We offer FREE shipping within Australia for all orders over $80. For orders less than $80, we offer a flat rate shipping of only $5.00. Your parcel will usually be received within 4-7 days for regular shipping, or 2-3 days for express, once we have sent it to you. In general, same-city deliveries arrive overnight and deliveries to nearby cities within 2-3 days.You can track your parcel delivery by entering your unique Sendle reference number into the Sendle portal online.


We ship to all countries with negotiated and competitive shipping rates which are calculated at checkout based on your location, parcel weight and size.

Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-20 working days)
Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (21-28 working days)
Zone 3 - Rest of the world (25-30 working days)

Due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions, overseas transit times may be delayed. You can track your parcel delivery by entering your unique Sendle reference number into the Sendle portal online.


Duties & Taxes

Please note orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any local duty, tax and/or other import costs on orders placed outside of Australia rest with the customer.

Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

It is a legal requirement for SEA GLORY SWIM to declare the total dollar value of orders to customs officials for all international shipments.
